To be a sponsor or vendor you agree to:
- Provide a logo in a digital format, preferably a PNG, for inclusion on the Ecclesicon web-site, registration site, and printed convention materials.
- Promote your sponsorship with an in shop flyer, or on your organization’s social media.
Additionally you affirm that your organization:
- Does not promote discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or national origin.
- Does not sell any product which contains AI Generated text or artwork.
