Ecclesicon 2027 is looking for game masters to run events during the convention! GMs get a free badge!
RPGs, board games, and card games are being accepted as submissions. Seminar topics are wide open. GMs are encouraged to list the game system as part of the Short Description and link to the product in the URL field.
Things to consider
Before submitting games please keep the following in mind:
- GMs automatically have a seat at their table and do not have to reserve a ticket for their games.
- “Spaces” are PHYSICAL spaces for the game. If you need only one table please only select one table.
- What GMs run is up to the GM, BUT, we will not accept games (or seminar topics) which include sexual violence, racism, or homo or trans-phobia. Ecclesicon tables should be welcoming for every player who comes to the table with good intent.
- Please try not to have start times of Noon or 5PM because we want to give folks a break to get something to eat and hit the vendors. If at all possible, try to make sure your games don’t over-lap the breaks.
- As a GM you agree to tidy your event space before you leave and to vacate it in advance of the next event so they may set up.
